In your net banking cards section check, check whether the you have put some restriction to spending..and correct minimal transaction amount and set it to the amount required.

You can then check.

If the transaction gets completed

The limits are to the maximum and transaction is not getting completed because the error pops up.

Maybe it’s a website issue since so many cards failed, wait for a day or two. Contact support maybe.

Hello everyone I got into a problem I’m unable to purchase the GMAT official mock (3,4,5,6) I have tried with 3-4 debit and credit cards of different companies every time this is popping - "error processing the credit card transaction. the card is restricted. please contact the issuer bank for more details, or enter another card" anyone knows the solution for this so please help as i have to practice from the official mock because my GMAT main exam is near.
Has to be a VISA / MasterCard with Verified by Visa / MasterCard secure and International POS Transaction enabled. You are a SBI customer? If yes, I have a quick workaround

Is it an international credit card (is it written on the card)?

It is good...probably one of the best out there. It will teach you everything right from the basics and at a conceptual level....so much so that you dont have to rely on obsolete techniques such as the octave rule

Opinion, Contrast, Tone, Avoid (extremes), Verify, Eliminate - OCTAVE......sequence or a to-do checklist for solving RC Passages. Top 1% made this technique popular almost a decade ago [not sure if they invented it too!]. It is still relevant but there are a lot better ways to comprehend RC passages now than remembering the OCTAVE technique

Not exactly outdated. It is more like it has become second nature while solving any RC passage.....Anyone who solves a RC passage does see the Author’s opinion, contrasts in the passage (if any), verifies words and looks to eliminate 4 wrong answers instead of searching the right one. Its more like it has now become a standard procedure which we anyway do involuntarily.

Just forget any tips, tricks or shortcut logic in RC and follow GMAT Ninja’s RC Playlist on YouTube. In my opinion, that contains everything one needs to solve RCs efficiently

But if you are indeed curious, this is a very old video from Top One Percent, discussing the OCTAVE method
