That's strage. So let me get it straight:
i) Earlier, ISB did not even consider you worthy of including you in the Admit list of R2 candidates.
ii) Now, ISB wants you so much that it has offered you 33% scholarship to sweeten the deal!
Will someone care to explain this logic to me? Obviously I am missing something.
p.s. I am very happy for you anwesharath. I just want to understand ISB's logic in this.

Its demand and supply game, if they have other great profile, they will chose them over you but, if you are better and they feel they now need you since they don’t have such profile, they will try their best to make sure you join.

Maybe his profile was average in R2, but was much better than the R3 applicant pool.
