I am an International Student, with 4 years of experience in a Strategy and Partnerships Role at a US Healthtech Unicorn at the moment. Have 3.2 GPA in undergrad having completed my Bachelors in Technology. Gave the TOEFL and got 108/120 and got a 670 and 650 on the two GMAT unofficial practice tests. I wanted to apply for Fall 24 and was considering T25 and was targeting to give GMAT in 2 weeks so I can apply before R2 deadlines. Is there a chance that I will get admits in the target MBA's or should I wait and take the GMAT at a later stage, missing the R2 deadlines? Would a better GMAT score post R2 increase the chance of admit or scholarship?

There is no internship option in Spring Intake. If your post-MBA goals will require internships, then spring intake won't help. Which schools offer spring intake is your homework.
Given that you have only 4-5 weeks left until R2 deadlines, it may be futile to aim for this round. You cannot submit the application without a score, and most US schools do not accept applications from international applicants beyond R2. You could plan to take the exam and submit the application in R2 regardless of the score, and then plan for an improved one within Jan BEFORE the schools have taken a decision. Of course, you are taking chances. The alternate is to forget everything else and focus on GMAT Focus, use the next 3-4 months to get a solid score, and aim for R1 next September 24. As an Indian male engineer, a scholarship is almost ruled out unless you give the schools some very strong carrots (score being key, especially since your GPA isn't strong).
Just my two pence.

Thanks for writing in.
Spring intakes do not offer you an internship opportunity; moreover, there are not many programs that actually offer a Spring intake.
Our recommendation would be to spend some time preparing for your GMAT, take it as soon as you feel ready for it, and then apply in a systematic manner in Round 1 for the Fall 2025 intake. In this manner, you will also have the next few months to build your profile, as well.
