Why is the second part of the question not 84-80, which yields 50%. if it was 85-80 then i can understand its about 6.3.

As I am interpreting from the graph, for B, large industries, the gradients are 4 units apart.

The question is not asking for the absolute change in percent, 5% is the absolute change between A and B but the question asks for an enterprise that is more likely to engage in activity B. 85% is 106.25% of 80%, therefore, Large firms are more 6.25% more likely to engage in activity B.
