Can I just ask for clarification around the wording for the last part of the question. I suspected a trick because the question asks: "The singer who has highest number of albums also has been in the top ten for maximum weeks." But we do not have any information on which singer has the highest number of albums - only the number of albums that made it to the top 10. It is entirely possible that for example singer G released 15 albums total and only 2 of them made it the list, while singer H had 6 albums and all 6 made it onto the list, in which case the information provided would not support the conclusion that: "The singer who has highest number of albums also has been in the top ten for maximum weeks."
Perhaps a more clear wording would be "The singer who has the highest number of top ten albums also has been in the top ten for the most number of weeks."

The question means exactly what you have interpreted in the first para.
Number of albums simply means the number of albums that individual has. The album/s contributing to the total number of weekd in top 10 could be 1 or more of the total albums. Even the last column refers to the first album, which could have been in top ten but not necessary.
