Unlike IIM A PGPX, ISB surely has a much larger weight allocated to the GMAT performance. The adcoms are generally more critical of the GMAT scores for older candidates, even more so for those from PSU backgrounds. You are definitely at a disadvantage here. Take the exam again if possible.
This should help you

How to challenge common typecasts that Adcoms have : ISB

Does ISB offer an early decision option upon request similar to many foreign schools?

Based on past trends, do they tend to release admits to R1 while R1 interviews are still going on?

When are the R1 results expected?

Hello austin316,

ISB has indicated that results will be out in the second week of November - so anytime now.

All the best!

5H4D0W sure happy to help

Your profile is alright, although I do feel that since your experience is a tad bit on the lower side of the spectrum, what you will be able to bring out in terms of leadership capabilities will have a huge impact. I did have a mentee last year with very similar experience in cybersecurity who got into ISB at the sweet spot of 5 years of experience. The younger the candidate, the higher the expectations. Feel free to speak with me about your profile in detail.

Aside from the work years, you should show that you think critically about your area of work. Who were typically your clients (perhaps hospitals, healthcare firms, banks, etc.)? Are you able to talk in depth about the impact your work has created for these organizations? With only so much experience, are you able to show incremental progression, whether with each new project, every six months, or every year? Do you understand the larger scope of your skill and expertise and the related opportunities in the post-MBA years? The advantage you have with ISB is that it feeds very well into the technology sector, and if you can sell a specialized experience and showcase how critical this area (security) is for businesses in the modern world, you will be on your way to an admit.

Feel free to speak

Best wishes

Everything looks decent 5H4D0W. I don't get a sense of your post-MBA goals though.

Unfortunately, 575 is not going to take you places geethabakki.

Please re-take and apply in R3.

My college is university of petroleum and energy studies
And branch is computer science engineering

I have little bit good leadership and communication skills and want to enhance them and become best at what I want to do

Generally, one should be more specific about the goals than "become best at what I want to do".

A candidate of ours with 605 FE was interviewed last weekend.

In general however, this score is a bit on the lower side.

Yes. They should be announced somewhat around that time. Potentially slightly earlier as well.
