Hello geethabakki,
While you do have a strong academic pedigree and stable professional experience (we are assuming with growth and promotions), the GMAT score is way below the average and a retake seems to be the best way ahead.

You have a fine overall profile in place; at this point, as you must be targeting the R2 deadline, there is practically nothing you can do except working on a strong essays comprising compelling essays (focus on the client handling experience and the managerial exposure); you should be able to consolidate your strengths and portray a very logical set of career goals.
