Someone shared this - “Last year R2, online interviews happened till 11th Feb and the result was declared on 15th Feb. So, it is possible that results are declared by 30th Nov.”
Based on this, I think it’s virtually guaranteed that we will have R1 results by 30th. I am sure adcoms would like to have little bit of a break from 1st to 7th before they handle another avalanche of R2 applications on 8th
