People who interviewed in R1... How long did your interview last?

Due to the cyclone threat, the interviews in Kolkata will be conducted online. Just got the email. A little concerned now.

For IIMB R2 application, 1. Do we need to carry pay slips and Form 16 for past organization also? Or the experience certificate is sufficient? (my current organization is 2 nd company I am working with) 2. For current organization, pay slip is sufficient to carry? Form 16 is not required for current organization, right ?
