I met Bhoopender Sir The next day of giving my attempt of GMAT in which I scored 495 (530).
He told me straight up that it will take 3 months of topics revision and 1-2 months of more practice and giving mocks and it’ll all be done in just one attempt. This was all good. But I was actually “sold” when he said “TUCHHA SA EXAM HE GMAT”!!! That is all I needed to hear.
Although it took me two attempts as in my second attempt I did perform better than how I used to in my mocks, but somehow I scored 40-50 points lesser than what I used to in my mocks. I scored 555 (600). GMAT scoring really does f**ks up with you. I was little depressed and didn’t feel the energy to put in anymore effort. But after constant support and little push from Shushma Ma’am and Bhoopender Sir, I got back at it (I did take my time recovering from that trauma).
And after giving many more mocks and sectional tests, visiting the centre every other weekend to clear my doubts there it was. A score of 625 (680) in my last attempt. Although I still feel that GMAC has awarded me 20-30 points lesser than what I should have gotten but I am still content now as this score atleast puts me in a position where I can start competing for good colleges.
None of this would have been possible without the invaluable teaching and never give up attitude of both, Bhoopender Sir and Shushma Ma’am. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for their support, especially after my second attempt. Because most of the other GMAT institutions/organisations leave you hanging on your own (speaking from personal experience) but they didn’t.
