It's a good to wear, not a must. However,
The very least you can wear a is a tie over a business formal attire.

But if you can, wear a blazer.

Navy blue/dark blue shades or Dark gray shades are better options than pitch black.

Works.

General rule of thumb
Fabric and color of suit and Trousers should be same

For Dark suits, light blue or white suits best

Dark shoes for Dark suit . Black shoes go well with Grey shared and Dark brown goes well with navy blue shades

Belt and shoe color should be same

Tie should be darker than shirt

Hi,

Got admit to IIMB EPGP -Round 3. Waiting for IIMA PGPX results. Can someone help me understand what are the material advantages/disadvantages between both the programs, apart from the usual brand name priority factor? Really confused about if i should pay the 4lakh commitment at IIMB or just let go and apply to IIMA in next admission cycle, if i don't get in this year.

Make sense. I am aware that IIMA avg pay packages are bit higher than IIMB. Since i have ~8 years of experience, not keen on placement only. but looking to see if IIMA faculty, peer group, learning techniques and overall perception of the program is significantly better than IIMB? As if it is worth letting go of the seat, if it has to be come down to it?
