OK Initially when i saw that my answer is wrong, I thought the temperature is forecast as 96 degrees but need not be 96 degrees. But the question stem is also clear saying that they go to the pool unless it rains or the temperature FORECAST is more than 95 degrees. So as per (2), the or condition is already satisfied. so they don't go to the pool. Going by the question stem, if they don't go to the pool, they go to Museum or the Movie theatre. In that also, the if condition is specific, if no movie released that weekend, they go to the museum. But there is a movie released, that means they go to the movie theatre. So where I went wrong in choosing B? OE please. Thank you.

On Fridays in July, the Schick family always goes to the pool, unless it rains or the temperature forecast is higher than 95 degrees Fahrenheit. If they do not go to the pool, they either visit the museum or go to the movie theater. When choosing between the museum or a movie, if there are no new movie releases on a particular weekend, they go to the museum. Where did they go on the last Friday in July?

(1) It rained on the last Friday in July.
(2) On the last Friday in July, the forecasted temperature was 96 degrees Fahrenheit, and there was a new movie released that weekend.

I think, since the question states that family will go to museum if there is no new movie released but doesn't say if there is a new movie release, they will mandatorily go to the movie theater. Hence, we are not sure where will they go.
