Answer: A.

Option B may seem like a weakener - If people in the Drawnville area are not interested in using sustainable methods for maintaining their lawns then as per the conclusion one can be sure that MowGreen will not expand its operations into the Drawnville area any time soon. But this option is different than the premise (or also seems to oppose the premise). On weaken questions, our aim is to weaken the logical link between the premise and conclusion. Thus A is the better option.
