1. Anything sports or competition related on TV...mainly pro and college football, pro and college basketball, and golf. Favorite shows include Entourage, Dirty Sexy Money, Cities of the Underworld, Wall Street Warriors, After Hours, and Three Sheets. Also, check out John Adams on HBO...really good miniseries.

2. UFC

2. Weightlifting. I am too impatient to run long distances so over ten minutes of cardio is out of the question.

3. Going to bars with friends and co-workers.

4. A great glass of RED wine.

5. Going to movies...my wife and I go to at least two per week.

6. I am addicted to Smoothie King and Starbucks.

7. Like Columbia, I love to cook...mainly Italian, grilling, and really healthy dishes (love seafood).

On January 1, 2006 Branigan Corp made the following investments:

* Purchased a zero coupon bond issued by Milli !@#!(@# you Company. The bond has a face value of $100K and matures on Dec 31, 2011 and was priced to the market to yield 5%. Who cares? I don't. Branigan purchased this bond with the intent and ability to hold until maturity. Which is never caused Branigan is a petty little child and he'll never mature.

* Purchased 3% of the stock of Vanilla CrapHole Firm. Branigan does not have the ability to exert significant influence over Vanilla (cause she's totally got him whipped) nor did Branigan purchase the stock for speculative purposes. Branigan basically purchased it just to !(@# with you and your ability to get a good grade.

1) Prepare the required journal entires for Branigan's investment in Milli.

Dr. I hate Accounting 2.0

I'm a sucker for:
-Simpsons/King of the Hill/Office/Big Love/10 Items or Less
-Politics of all sorts
-Asian languages. I (used to) speak passable Japanese. Now trying to learn Chinese (mandarin). I can practice chinese with my wife's family!
-Japan. Left Tokyo almost exactly 11 months ago. I am so very, very homesick :(
-Travel. Seeing the world. Meeting interesting people.Current job has been a severe letdown on this 2nd aspect
-Guitar. Yeah, I don't practice much and I suck at it. But it is fun! :-D

I think my avatar kind of gives away my main outside interest... jazz. Still play intermittently, used to have a weekly radio show that I had to abandon when I started residency. Mainly classic 50s and 60s (Coltrane, Bill Evans, Miles, Wayne Shorter, Lee Morgan, etc.), but I'll listen to pretty much anything- a lot of my radio show stuff was newer avant-garde material.

Love sports, especially pro football- Here we go Steelers! Reading (Kundera, Nabokov, and O'Neill are faves) and movies (pretty much anything) are big too.

Oh yeah, big foodie as well. Thank God the Bay Area has a great restaurant scene.

Sports: I used to be train with the National Coach (UK) of jumping when i was at university. At my university I was number 2 to the World Student Games champion at Triple Jump (Tosi Fasinro). Now i just play football every week.

Music: A passion for me to the extent i have produced and recorded my own music and managed to get my music released internationally. I`ve signed 2 record contracts, and DJ`d internationally with some established artists in my genre of music. I used to have a full recording studio in my home when i lived in the UK, but sold most of it when i moved to Japan.

Cooking: When I`m in the mood, i love to cook. e.g. tonight i created my own recipe :- poached chicken encrusted with Mushroom and herbs, on a bed of rice with sauted crispy vegetables, served with a roux based herb and garlic sauce.

Travel: I like visiting countries to experience the culture and food. Managed a fair few countries and hope to see more. It`s the main reason i moved to Japan. I wanted to experience living in a non-English country with a completly foreign culture. Most people i know in the UK, usually go to another English speaking country to live (Usually, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand)

Comedy: I like UK comedies. Blackadder, Red Dwarf, Coupling, Father Ted, The Office, Extras, Spaced, Ali G, Borat, Brass Eye, QI

In case anyone is interested.. here`s how I cooked tonights dinner :-

Ingredients:-

Rice
Chicken breasts
Mushrooms (oyster and Button)
Parmesan cheese
Bay leaves
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Basil
Parsley
Peppers
Green beans
Carrots
Bread
Flour
Milk
Garlic

Cooking
Rice: erm... you boil it

Chicken:
Boil a pan of water with a bay leaf and 3 cloves of garlic in it until it comes to the boil.
Put the chicken breasts in, making sure the water fully covers the chicken for 5 mins.
Whilst that is boiling. Put the breadcrumbs, fresh thyme and basil into a mixer, add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese (grated), button and oyster mushroome into a mixer
Remove the chicken breasts from the water, strain the garlic cloves and put it in the mixer with the other ingredients.
Seal the chicken by frying in olive oil until it browns. Remove from pan.
Add a dash of olive oil to the mixer and then mix the ingredients to create a dough like substance.
Coat the chicked with the herb/mushroom mix on all sides and place in the oven for 8 mins at 200C
Chicken is finished after that, the crust should be lightly toasted by the oven

Sauce:
butter, flour & milk to create the roux.
Season the roux (salt and pepper) and a ladel of the stock from the boiled chicken, some basil, parsley and thyme into the sauce and a crushed garlic clove. Reduce until thickened.

Vegetables:
Flash fry the Chopped peppers, green beans and carrots, season (salt and pepper). You want them to remain crunchy.

Serving:- pile the rice into a round flat cylinder in the middle of the plate and put the chicken on top of it.
Circle the rice with the vegetables, and then pour the sauce around the plate on the vegetables.

Overall cooking time: approx 30mins.
voila!!!
