I know it may be a little early in the game, but has anyone else started preparing their application? This means visiting the school, talking to CBS ambassadors, drafting the essay, etc. And good luck everyone!

Congratulations TXB!! I had someone tell me the other day that Columbia has a "surprise" question that changes every year in their interviews - I guess that it would be different than the typical "tell me your story, why MBA, why now, etc." Has anyone else heard this? Maybe it's the ethics question this year?

Honestly, no surprise questions for me, nor did I even get the ethical dilemma question. Just got an e-mail, my application went to "Interview Complete" a minute ago...what's the next stage?

Excellent. The next step is you get a decision! My guess would be you could have it as soon as this evening or as late as Wednesday next week.

My potential interviewers haven't even responded to my email to set up a time It's been 3 days! Did all of your ambassadors get back to you right away?

I would send an e-mail to the whole list and see who responds... don't just pick your 2-3 favorites. If you've sent an e-mail to the whole list and noone has responded... then contact the admissions office and ask for a few more names.
