So I called Adm Office today and asked them if the majority of their decisions have been made, and they're just waiting to send out decisions, and the answer is no. They are STILL evaluating applications and will continue giving out admit decisions also for the next few weeks. So, my hunch of "don't hear this week = Ding" is probably wrong.
Also, I had lost my status page login so i called them to ask, and they gave it to me. Then I asked if admit decisions are thru phone and ding decisions are thru email, all he said was "You'll be notified to check your status through an email". My crazy paranoid mind thinks he was referring particularly to my application, and maybe he knows it aint good news so he told me I'll hear thru email??
Can you see what this wait is doing to me?

I just found out I got accepted. Received a phone call. Still haven't gotten an e-mail from Kellogg yet, but was able to access the Admitted Students section of the website, as the lady I spoke with gave me my log-in information over the phone. I definitely feel relieved and wish everyone else all the best. Hope to meet many of you at DAK.

Hi Lauren, DAK stands for Day at Kellogg. It's an event for admitted students in mid-February, I think...

Congrats to all the folks who got admitted.Please post a short summary of your profile along with the decision. It would be great if you could tell us which country you belong to, industry, x years of experience, etc. It will help others like me if it is a wise decision to apply to Kellogg. At least it will help me figure out if I have any realistic chance at all or am I just day dreaming:)) By the way I am a R2 applicant and Kellogg is a real stretch for me.

Thanks for the well wishes, everyone.

Just a quick snapshot of my background:

- Mid-20's male
- Top 5 undergrad, 3.5-3.7 GPA, low 700's GMAT.
- About 2 years at top IB/2 years at large PE firm/now currently leading a nonprofit organization
- Interviewed with an alumnus in early November for two-year full-time Kellogg MBA.

One disturbing (for me) trend I've noticed with admits...all admitted candidates are 25-27 range.
As someone who's hitting 30 this yr, I'm all set to hear the worst I guess.

Congrats to all those who made it. It must be a great feeling !!
