Does anyone know if the interviewer reads through your application after you interview, but before giving a recommendation? A sentence in the article below give me that impression:
"Interviewers grade the candidates on the same one to six scale. Once the interview report comes in, the file is then given to another admissions director who has not yet seen it."

). The "same one to six scale" the article refers to (see page 2) includes recommendations, essays, etc.
Its a small detail, but I think it can make a world of difference for some...
