Not that this will help much since the thousands of people who are checking this forum will instantly check their app status, but it looks like not all dings have been sent out. Still waiting anxiously!
I'll second that - not all dings are out. Still waiting here; status update says app completed. Interviewed on campus Nov 19, so it seems like the later interviews are being decided later. Congrats to those who are accepted, and for the dings, drinks are on me...
i still feels that adcom hasnt started making majority of calls to intl admits.

second that -- since a lot of internationals got waivers and then phone int invites, their interviews were held pretty late - mine was on dec 3rd..so ya waitin

Not so sure interview date has to do with it. I had mine off campus rather early, Oct 10th, and still nothing new... Perhaps has something to do with me being an international but I doubt it.

I second that. I am an international applicant and my interview was on Oct 20th. Still waiting to hear anything....
While I was anxiously checking my online status, I was wondering which I prefer - being dinged or wait-listed. I think that if you're dinged, at least you can move on with your life. Sort of like breaking up with a boyfriend (girlfriend for all you males out there). It's hard but you're opening up for new and exciting opportunities. But, if you're wait-listed, it's like you're in a bad relationship, you know something isn't working, but you just can't let go.

Lol... best analogy I've heard all day. That said, I'd rather be in a dysfunctional relationship w/ a hot B-School than broken up with one. But then again, I'm a bit of a masochist =).

how would you describe continuous checking the status?
checking if your bf has improved and everytime you are disappointed!

I'd say it's like constantly checking your phone for text messages after you've turned the incoming text alert to maximum.
looking at all the posts, it seems the order of admits is either random or related to strength of the application maybe.......doesn't really fit into any pattern so far. @ankurb.....I know what you said feels good to hear as I am also an intl applicant but gc has a limited sample set....so I am not too sure about your guess

I think international that didn't receive the ding yet are between wl and acceptance. It's only a guess, however.
I'm from Brazil and have a friend that also applied. He interviewed before me. I was dinged, but his status remais the same. So it's obvious for me he has great chances to be accepted or put on wl. At least they are thinking about him.
