X - Y = (X + Y)/2

Solving for Y/X = 1/3

X-Y= X+Y/2

2X-2Y= X+Y

X= 3Y

Y/X= 1/3

X-Y = (X+Y)/2

2 X - 2 Y = X + Y

X = 3 Y

Y/X = 1/3
