Two distinct positive integers P and R have a product of 90.

From Statement 1 we have R= 9,18,27..90
Value of P can be anything from 1 to 10
Insufficient

From Statement 2 we have P= 2, 6, 10
Insufficient

Combining 1 & 2
We don’t have a single value for P, therefore Insufficient.

Neither of the Statements are sufficient to answer.
Answer Option E is Correct.

IMO E

P*Q = 90
90-> 10 * 9, 2*45

As you can see there are two values for P after combining both the statements.

90= 2*3^2 * 5

#1
R can be 9,45,18... insufficeint

#2:
P = 2,18,10.. in sufficient
combining we wont get 1 value of P
