The problem with E is that "their" could refer to digital gizmos or the grey market. B solves this because it removes ambiguity surrounding "their"

What is the problem with A? Is the problem "they", or is there something else?

We don't want unclear pronouns. Putting "they" right next to dealers is super confusing.

E has an entirely different issue as well. It uses the singular "price", but price should not be singular. There are many prices.

Yes...because"they" in (A) has no clear antecedent,it is incorrect
