I need help. 1/ where should the adverb "previously" be placed in E? 2/ "to analyze" is preferred even though the purpose cannot be performed by the subject?

Previously is a false decision point in this problem. You can eliminate A & B because "many organizations" should immediately follow the initial modifier. You can eliminate C because "for assistance from" is incorrect. You can eliminate D because "for assistance to" is also incorrect. That leaves the correct answer to be E
