Hi,
I'm unemployed for almost 2 years now. I had been working for a company for 21 months soon after my graduation and resigned that job as I thought it's not challenging. In early 2015 I decided to write CAT and XAT and applied but failed to clear those exams. Though I got admission from several B grade colleges, I was bit reluctant to join those as I was afraid about my future. Then I decided to write CAT and XAT again in 2016 and this time my preparation was better than last year. I'm awaiting for CAT results and going to write XAT this Sunday. Now, I'm bit pessimistic about getting admissions into top colleges in India as I'm not employed for 2 years.
I always had a thought of writing GMAT but was not sure about how I'll perform. Since I've prepared for almost 2 years for other exams, I'm planning to write GMAT this year. Is there any possible chance for me get into top B schools in UK or US if I score well in GMAT this year? How my unemployment will impact during admission process?

I'm unfamiliar with the Indian college system, but for American business schools, you'd definitely need longer than 21 months of experience to get into business school, especially if you took 2 years off.

The level of competition to get into Top-ranked Business Schools is quite high, so your lack of Work Experience over the last 2 years would likely be a 'red flag' at certain Programs. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

After you've taken the XAT, If you'd like to know how you'd perform on the GMAT, then you can take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test - you can download 2 for free from www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). A FULL CAT takes about 4 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting.
