There is a great difference between will and would.
We use "will" when we talk about future actions. Something that you do in the future. It can be used when dealing with on-the-spot decisions, promises, offers etc.
We use would for possible/unreal/future-in-the-past actions. For example, "I would go with you but I feel bad right now."

Hi abansal1805, will is primarily used in open conditional constructs. For example -
If Peter studies hard, he will score well.
would is primarily used in the following two scenarios:
i) Talk about future in the past: For example -
Peter said that he would study hard.
ii) Hypothetical conditional: For example -
If Peter had studied hard, he would have scored well.
