I am a third year Finance major and Acc minor at DePaul University in Chicago,IL. I accepted an internship offer with KPMG in their Federal Tax practice. As an Acc minor, I do not have enough accounting credits to sit for the CPA. Assuming I get a full time offer with KPMG, would the Master in Acc program be appropriate for a full time employee?

If you are working at KPMG you will probably be doing long days. Trying to add accounting classes in there during the day just won't work. Also, the first few years in a consulting firm is the prime time to network and build strong relationships with coworkers and clients. These will be incredibly useful in the future once you get your CPA (or an MBA). I would recommend looking at a part time or online program if you just want the credits for the CPA. You will need the CPA-supervised experience anyway. If KPMG offers you a FT position take it and don't look back. A Big 4 on your resume unlocks so many opportunities.
