Apart from MGMAT, if you need additional practice try Veritas's books and gmatclub tests. These tests are designed to get higher score on Quant section.

You can check out 2 Free gmatclub tests from this link https://gmatclub.com/blog/free-gmat-test ... b-members/

For Veritas book's reviews check out this link gmat-club-veritas-book-review-98640.html

If you are in real need of real fundamental concepts you can do the "Foundations of Math" book by MGMAT or try Book O by Veritas. Both of them have really good reviews on GMAT Club. But apart from that, like what people have told here, you can post any questions you have on either the PS or the DS forum and me/one of the other moderators/users will definitely help you. :)

Hope this helps!

Buy Mgmat complete set of quant guides + OG12 + OG quant. These are enough to score Q45+.
Mgmat Og companion will be a good suit for you as og's explanations are sometimes not upto mark.

After you are comfortable with the quant section you can try the gmatclub's tests.

MAKE SURE YOU BUILD YOUR FUNDAMENTALS FIRST BEFORE PRACTICING THE QUESTIONS.

Also forum participation is on of the best way to learn.

Hi all!
My GRE breakout was 92nd percentile verbal/63rd percentile math.

Hey, 92% in GRE verbal is awesome. That means you have an exceptional vocabulary.
By the way, except for the Reading comprehension, the GMAT verbal is pretty different from GRE (and SAT also I guess). Did you try taking a diagnostic GMAT mock test?

You're right the GMAT verbal is very different from the GRE. I actually think the GMAT verbal is easier since there are no analogies or antonym questions. On the GMATclub test verbal 1 I scored 36/41 and on the Kaplan diagnostic I got 16/19 on the verbal sections. I'm shooting for a 750+ score on the GMAT and know I can't get there on verbal alone. My plan is to really focus on the math for month of September and then do more overall study in October. I'd like to sign up for a late October test date.
