It is all in random order. Most of the time it is either SC or CR. An RC would appear around the 7th or 8th question. However, I remember facing back to back RC's when I started my Verbal sections during one of the GMAT Prep tests.

How many can i afford to do wrong for obtaining a Verbal Score point 30-35? I know i should not do a series of mistake but any rough estimation?

There is no set pattern to it. You should be prepared to start with any 1 the 3 possible starting choices (SC/CR/RC). Same thing goes for quant as well. There is no pattern to whether you will get a PS or a DS question first.
