Is anyone facing the same issue as I do ? Does anyone not find enough time to read an RC which leads to you entirely skipping it towards the end of the test ? Does anybody have any strategy to handle this problem ?

I'm sure that many test takers have the same problem as you have. I think that your reading skill is still weak so you need more time to read the passage and understand the given information or your reading speed is too slow. The only solution is that you practice reading everyday. Reading more daily english articles will help you much. Choose any topic that you feel interested to avoid being tired to read those bored topic.

After you practice reading for a period of time, get back to GMAT RC and try any strategy that suits you. I think that you could solve your problem easily.
