Output:
New York University (Stern)
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor (Ross)
Yale University (CT)
University of California-Los Angeles (Anderson)
Duke University (Fuqua) (NC)
Cornell University (Johnson) (NY)
University of Virginia (Darden)
Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper) (PA)

Planning to apply to:
Wharton, Chicago, Kellogg, NYU, Duke, Virginia

To get the list that I originally listed in this thread, I listed a 720 GMAT.

I plugged in a 680 GMAT and it outputted the exact same list as you have, maverick.

I plugged in a 770 GMAT, and it outputted Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton.

In reality - I really don't think GMAT scores have that large of an effect on H/W/S.

Another thing I noticed - it spits out the same schools regardless of your undergraduate institution. I selected Harvard, University of Arizona, and University of Arkansas and it spit out the exact same schools. I would find it difficult to believe that Adcoms show this much transparency to quality of undergraduate institutions.

Seems like this generator is very GMATcentric. My GMAT score was 720, like terp, and our list of schools was identical, except mine also included NYU.

It's GMAT and GPA centric. My friend plugged in 740 GMAT w/ 2.8 GPA and he got all Trans-Elite schools.

They need to assign point values to undergraduate institutions.

I think it's a bunch of garbage. There is no way to take such a human-filled process and relegate it to a PHP program. If applying were this simple, why would we spend months on our essays?

Most likely fairly inaccurate but still fun...my results:

Stanford University (CA)
Harvard University (MA)
University of Pennsylvania (Wharton)
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan)

My GPA is 3.2 and my GMAT is 760 so it must have really focused on the GMAT score to generate this list...

Yeah I think it's lumping anyone with a 750+ and a decent GPA into H/S/W. Funny.

haha, and I didn't apply to 3 out of 4 of these in the end...

Stanford University (CA)
Harvard University (MA)
University of Pennsylvania (Wharton)
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan)

I wonder which rankings they were using? :P

I read that Veritas is totally revamping the school selector and making it much more detailed. They will also take into account foreign undergrad universities.

Veritas Prep School Selector V2.0 coming to an internet near you in late June / early July!

I guess they don't think I am Ultra-Elite material! :-D

Planning to apply to:
Wharton, Chicago, Kellogg, NYU, Duke, Virginia

For reference, my primary inputs were 700 (Q85%, V84%)/3.8/engineering background/finance post-MBA

I wonder what it would output if you pushed it up to 720 GMAT?

I went through that and its very useless. Raw data only can tell you so much. Tons of people think they have great work experience and while it might be great in their company it wont stack up against other applicants. For example, there are lots of consulting folks applying but no matter how great your experience the average person from McK, Bain, and BCG has a huge advantage over anyone in a small local company. Then you have the uniqueness factor...schools like those oddball applicants and people with less common backgrounds and goals.

My advice in everything with determining where to apply and how to ask for profile requests...be your own worst critic.

I was raised by a pack of wolves in the tundra of Yukon. Will that help or hurt my chances?

Just for fun I kept everything else the same and bumped GMAT up to 720 with a Q85%, V89%:

University of California-Berkeley (Haas)
Dartmouth College (Tuck) (NH)
Columbia University (NY)
New York University (Stern)
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor (Ross)

I agree this tool is useless.

I entered my information and got mostly elite schools. Then I put myself as a female minority and all of a sudden I was H/S/W material. Try a female American Indian , it should give you a nice bump!

Seriously worthless tool.

Watch how your school list changes dramatically when you select "Professional Admissions Consultant" vs. "Nobody", "College Grad" etc to read your essays...

I wonder why...
