The MGMAT series is a very solid resource for your preparation. For verbal, the company's SC guide is unmatched. Make sure to read that one at least twice. The quant is also excellent, particularly the Number Properties guide. Use the three OG books alongside these in order to reinforce the material.

And to answer your question: yes, I think that the MGMAT series - along with the OG, participation on the quant and verbal forums, MGMAT's six online CAT's, GMATClub Tests, and GMATPrep tests - are enough to score a 700. Others have already done so! But you need to dedicate yourself to your goal. This requires a great deal of hard (and smart!) work on your part, as well as a coherent study plan and the ability to adapt when certain mistakes and problems are discovered.

You're off to a good start so far. But please remember to use GMATClub as much as possible, whether for general advice or question practice and discussion. Without this community, I wouldn't have been able to perform well on the GMAT. And just as they were there for us, we're here for you. :)
