Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding when to start taking CAT tests. I am following the recommended 3-months study plan and will take the test at end of May. So I am in the middle of the first month math review, focusing on the MGMAT books and the OG.
When do you suggest it is a good time to start taking the different CAT tests? Theoretically, I should start only once I have been through all the quant and verbal sections from MGMAT I believe, but that would enable me to start on CAT tests only by beginning of May. Since I am working full time I can realistically take the full CAT tests on weekends only, and I am afraid I won't get enough practice if I only have the May weekends left before the test. But on the other hand it might be a waste of CAT tests if I start in the next weeks before I have reviewed all the MGMAT material...
Any suggestions/advice?

Hi Buddy,
you should start to give test ones you are through with all your study material. Now since you are working full time , you should start of with other tests instead of MGMAT . There are plenty of tests available and if you are giving a test on every sat/ sun , you will be able to give almost 8 tests by may beginning. then you san start with 6 MGMAT and two Gmat Prep tests. However you have to really slog in may to give all these tests and it will work in your favour coz u will build a lot of stamina before the test day .

Have you taken and CAT tests yet? It's always a good idea to take one before all of your studying to gauge your strengths and weaknesses. From there you can create a study plan that emphasizes the weak areas and will help you improve faster.
