All people in the 700+ club have a good grasp of the basics (quants & verbal)... But all people who have a good grasp of the basics are not necessarily in the 700+ club... The "pattern" is to get your basics strong and practice, practice and practice...

Members,

Basics are the right way to do things but studying is an 'art' where we develop pattering skills with time. Since many people have done it ,am just warming up to your wavelength.

Hi Guys,

I strongly believe that GMAT works on a set of patterns. Students scoring 600+ have a great chance to improve their scores, if they get to associate with these patterns. By patterns, i mean to say a unique set of qusetions with basic fundas repeating itself.

Members, Can you share your thoughts on these patterns?

Yes, we agree. We call these patterns "frameworks" - certain sentence structure frameworks, idiomatic frameworks, positive/negative frameworks, etc. - each helps you narrow down the scope of the problem and figure out which thought process to go through to arrive at the answer.

These frameworks are what we teach at GMAT Pill.

Dear GmatPill,

Please don't use this wonderful flat form as a promotion board. Lets have the idea and application of open-source structures to promote ideas and make the world a better place.
