Hi rachitshah,
With a mid-March Test Date, you have about 11 weeks of study time remaining, which you should provide you ample opportunity to improve and raise your scores. As a general rule, it's a good idea to take a FULL-LENGTH CAT (with the Essay and IR sections) every 1-2 weeks, so you appear to have enough practice CATs (even if you end up taking 1 per week).
From what you've described, you've already defined some of the areas that you have to work on - fixing the silly/little mistakes should be an immediate focus, since those mistakes likely represent a big 'chunk' of potential points that you're not consistently earning when you take your CATs. I suggest that you continue to study as you see fit for the next couple of weeks, then take a new FULL-LENGTH CAT. Your overall progress seems to have leveled off; if your next CAT score is right around 600, then you might need to adapt your Study Plan going forward.
