Hi,
I ran into a serious issue with practice exam 3 and 4. The software skipped the verbal section altogether and moved me straight from the quant section to the IR and essay. I received a score without the verbal section. This happened on a MAC and a PC. Does anyone know what would cause this?

Hello buddy,
unfortunately you are currently not alone when it comes to this particular issue.
GMAC apparently has issues with their prep tests and I have seen multiple people reporting on their issues.
The first time I have heard the probelm was more then a week ago and the problem kept poping up both in the forum as well as on the chat.
Unfortunately, I have not yet heard anything in this regard from the GMAC.

Unfortunately, the new GMAC online practice test software has been pretty glitchy. I’ve heard from numerous students who have had the exact same problems as you. Have you reached out to GMAC to let them know what happened? Perhaps if you give them a call, they can suggest a fix.
