While median score of most of the top program is around 690, a score more than 650 stands a good chance depending on your overall profile.
If you think you have good profile with extra curricular activities, then you should apply any university of your choice.
Some good programs are;
HEC Paris
ESSEC
LBS
ESCP Europe
Rotterdam
ESADE Business School
Imperial College Business School.
If you can improve your score to 700+, you would stand a very
Good chance.
