Hi everyone!
I am currently using my friend's GMAT account for mock 3 & 4 (he only wrote them once and there was a reset left). However, I keep getting the error ES004. The problem started on 9th July (Thursday) when the GMAT website was scheduled for maintenance for ~ 2hrs. The maintenance was 6 days ago and I still can't access the prep
I'm getting the same error when I tried the GMAT prep 1 & 2 (which are supposed to be free with unlimited resets) too.
Anyone else facing the same issue?
I tried using my account after that. In this case the GMAT prep 1 & 2 mocks are working, but I'm unable to buy GMAT prep 3-6! It's showing image unavailable and there's no 'proceed to checkout' sign anywhere
Is this just vvv bad luck or can I do something about this?
PS: I mailed the [email protected] guys 4 days back and did not get any reply yet.
I thought I'll book my exam after a good mock score Please help!

I had the same issue, still did not get a response from GMAC. Did you by any chance get an response from them?

Hello,
I faced the same issue with practice exams 5 and 6. Wrote several emails to mba store but didn't get any reply back. Finally, managed to talk to the store executive on a phone and the issue was resolved in a day.
