Hello Everyone,
I have taken two GMAT practice tests (official) over 2 weeks and on both of them, I have scored Q46.
The problem I had during the practice is that I did not have enough time to be able to solve the last 5-6 questions so basically guessed the last several questions which were mostly miss.
It is kinda unfortunate cuz I can solve these last 5-6 questions but there is no time left. Both practice tests went exactly similar with no time for the last few.
What can I do to improve my speed? or is there something else I should be doing? I am kinda lost as to what I could do at this point that will bring the greatest ROI to my Quant score.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi janbol,
Many Test Takers face pacing issues in the Quant section, the Verbal section or both – so you are not alone. However, it's important to remember that pacing problems do NOT exist on their own - they're the results of OTHER problems. Most GMAT questions are written so that they can be solved in more than one way - and if you have to frequently guess on 5-6 questions at the end of a section, then that means that "your way" of answering the earlier questions in that section is probably the "long way." To 'fix' your pacing issue - and score higher - you will likely have to learn and practice new approaches to tackling Quant questions.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
