Hello Everyone,
I started my GMAT prep last week of November (4hrs/day), in this duration I gave 3 mock tests; the first one at the beginning without any prep from mba.com (Q44,v23), the second was a free mock of veritas prep(Q45,v22), and the third from manhattan free mock (Q47,v27). After a thorough analysis of all 3 exams, I concluded that in Quant I am lagging only in 2-3 topics such as probability, pnc, and statistics while in Verbal my major area of focus was RC and SC. I think I can improve my quant with a little bit of practice and clearing the concepts, but verbal needs a miracle.
Before giving my last mock, I studied SC from Manhattan SC Edition 6 book, while CR was prepared by practicing a few questions from OG. My overall accuracy in CR was around 80% where I was making mistakes in inference, assumption-based questions, hypothesis, and paradox based questions. I think with additional practice I can manage CR. I have a fair understanding of how to approach RC based questions while also I am familiar with few rules of SC such as modifiers and subject-verb agreement, but when it comes to solving the questions I struggle in these areas:
1. RC: Unable to comprehend the entire passage due to which I am unable to understand the central idea and tone of the passage.
2. SC: I am able to understand the rules when I read the theory in the book, but I am unable to apply it on questions as I get confused, also sometimes it becomes extremely difficult for me to identify the subject and verb of the scentences.
I have finalized to purchase one of the online course available either from Magoosh or GMATWHIZ (Quant+Verbal), however, both are equally good, only thing I noticed that the video length of GMATWHIZ was really long making the entire course duration to be ~6 Months while Magoosh can be covered in 3 Months.
If anyone has tried both the courses, can anyone suggest to me which would be ideal for purchases? My main focus area is Verbal while I am also taking Quant for general practice as the only source of questions with me are from OG and Quant/Verbal Review. Also from the two-course providers which one is having its question difficulties closed to GMAT.
I am planning to give GMAT in mid-April 2021.

In terms of course quality and level of questions, were both providers same or was there any difference

Gmatwhiz is a much better option for Verbal.
