First of all, thank you GMATClub so much for putting an excellent guide at "Top GMAT Prep Books/Guides Reviews & Comments" thread. This helped me so much in deciding which books I should purchase. I looked through the amazon customer reviews, various posts and recommendations on this website for couple of hours and finally purchased these 5 books from amazon.
The books are:
Kaplan GMAT Premier (Live Online)
Kaplan GMAT Math Workbook
Manhattan GMAT Number Properties
Kaplan GMAT Verbal Workbook
PowerScore GMAT Verbal Bible
Thanks to Amazon's swift shipping, I've got the books and to be honest, I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment.
I think my basics are solid..I've scored 1350 on the SAT about 6-7 years ago, just graduated from UC Irvine (long story on why it took so long to graduate from college..personal/family problems)
Anyways, I've looked through the books, just skimming through, and math section took me off guard. The geometry and some of the most basic stuff are from math classes that I took in high school..which I havn't studied in YEARS (only studied Calc in college..and geometry/algebra/trig in high school) so hopefully once I get the study going, all the memories will come back to me and it won't be too hard.
My plan at the moment is to go through main Kaplan premier book first, and when I've finished with that, work on either the Math Workbook -> Number Properties.....OR....Verbal Workbook -> Verbal Bible
How does this plan sound? Should I be switching around the books instead of finishing one by one? I took SAT classes so I didn't have to worry about how I should go about studying..but with GMAT I'm a bit low on cash so I've decided to save myself some money and buy these books..so I'm a bit overwhelmed right now. I've got about a month and a half to study really really hard...My goal is 700 but higher the better of course

I'll most likely be spending at least 6-7 hours a day studying for GMAT for the next month and a half. I'm going to make this my 2nd job hehe..
Any help would be appreciated..thanks!
