Here's some food for thought if you go on campus tours at these institutions.
I don't know how they do it, but it's right on the money, at least for Fuqua. Shane Dikolli is a legend here. He's class filled up under 30 seconds after open registration.

Ray Hill is a legend at Emory. Everyone takes his core course in Econ, and his electives are always oversubscribed. Definitely a good list.
And Demodaran at NYU is spectacular. Much of his material is in the public domain on his website, https://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/. I've visited it and listened to his lectures many times.
