Hi! I have a relatively simple question, I need to add recommender to the application and the application system (it is Standford MSx, I already filled something similar for MIT Sloan Fellows in the past, but it was probably a bit different or I don't remember):
Country and city - should it be the country of permanent residence or work residence?
One of the recommenders spends probably half of his time home in the US, where he works out of home, but probably half or more of his time he comes to HQ in London. So, I don't know, whether it should be a country and city of Head Office (interesting they're not asking for street address and they're not explaining if it should a personal or work address) or his home country and city (well, he actually resides in a small town or suburbs...)
Another recommender is Canadian but he now works in Kazakhstan with his family and just leaves it for vacations, etc... Although I am sure he has got a Canadian address as well : )

I guess you can add the work address and mention it somewhere in parenthesis. This is just a reference and will not affect application in anyway. There are be many such cases nowadays, so the adcom will be aware of such instances.
