Do you think retaking the exam would be worth your time? If you felt you left questions on the table and giving yourself another shot would potentially bump your score up 20 points, why not? If you feel you have to put in significant prep work, that could be worth it as well depending on what else you have going on. Your verbal section could definitely be better, and because the GMAT rewards balance in both components, if you do even marginally better on the Verbal section it will have a disproportionate effect on your overall score.
I agree with the previous post that focusing on elements of your application would help, but if you can give yourself one more opportunity to increase your score, I see little downside. It'll all depend on the opportunity cost of your time.
