First, I would like to say that you have an academically strong profile with a good overall CGPA at each academic level. A score of 720 will definitely boost your overall chances. Also, I would recommend that you add a tad more about any other courses, certifications, and academic accolades to your profile, and you will be sorted on the academic front!
Coming to work experience, 32 months is very closer to the minimum benchmark for the experience; hence, it would be crucial for you to demonstrate significant influence on the company you work for and must specifically mention instances where you embraced leadership responsibilities and guided your organization through a difficult situation. I see that you have mentioned some, but you need to add more details and, if possible, a few more examples! Also, since you want to switch lines post-MBA; so, you’ll need to give strong reasons for your decision. For your reference, I suggest you go through our article on How you can justify your career switch to pursue an MBA! It would help you portray your reasons and the Impact of your future decision on your career progression!
Don’t just mention your ECAs otherwise, it seems quite generic. Instead, Mention the learnings, the new challenges faced, the leadership roles played, and a bit more about the overall experience; this helps your profile get a unique blend! For instance, I suggest you go through our article on Significance of ECAs for MBA Application, to understand the importance of drafting exemplary ECAs essays!
At renowned B-Schools like SPJIMR, scores are never enough; you need an overall robust profile to book your seat in the MBA curriculum. You need to highlight the relevant insights from your experiences in your school essays to help showcase you as a leader with a growth mindset; mention your capability & Capacity, skillset, and uniqueness! Elaborate on your learnings, add more in-depth leadership examples, and lastly, the ambition to stand out!
