Making full-length GMAT tests with GMATClub questions

Question

Sometimes I don't want to take a timed test but still like to time myself while taking a GMAT like test. One strategy that I thought I would use it is to make tests myself from questions from GMATClub (that is 37 questions on quants with appropriate number of PS and DS questions with some from sub-600 level, some from 700-level, and some from 600-700 level and similarly for Verbal). I thought I could add these to the PDF question list, and then download the PDF. Two issues that I faced while doing this -

- The PDF allows only 10 questions to be added at a time (which is still fine, I can then combine 2-3 pdfs).
- The bigger problem is that when I download the PDF, the questions are all mangled up - math equations etc become unreadable rendering the PDFs not usable.

Any way I could circumvent these problems? Any other suggestions?

I don't think, it would be a very good strategy to download pdf and combine the two.

The level of the questions in GMAT is always varying i.e. you get Difficult questions after easy ones and some easy after difficult ones as per GMAT Algorithm.

The ideal way of making test would be to copy one questions at a time randomly 
- from one topic (you may use filter for this) 
- from one difficulty level and keep increasing the difficulty level
- from PS in one file and from DS in other file

Copy about 19-20 Question of PS in one file and 18-17 questions of DS in other file (Approximate breakup of no. of questions in real GMAT as per feedback of students)
Take questions from topics as mentioned below
- Number Properties (about 7-8 questions) both PS and DS type
- Geometry (About 3-4 questions) both PS and DS but primarily PS
- Co-ordinate Geometry (About 1-2 questions) both PS and DS but primarily PS
- Inequality (About 2-3 question) both PS and DS but primarily DS
- Other topics one question

Combine the questions to make one test of 37 questions...

bb  Check some files that I downloaded - for sentence correction and some Math problems. They are all mangled. It will be awesome if this can be fixed as it will help us make some sample tests to practice in the way  GMATinsight  has suggested in his reply. GMATClub has so many questions but it's not really representative if I solve one question at a time - it will be awesome to make tests out of the questions available and then check back to see the explanations. Please let me know - I so need this.

GMATinsight  - I was trying to do precisely that. The problems that I faced -
- Can only have 10 questions added to the workbook (this was a serious bummer for me - I don't understand why this limitation is imposed).
- The questions in the PDF are all mangled and it's almost impossible to answer these. (See attached PDFs)
