I simply cannot suggest schools to target without knowing your GMAT score. If you want to target top programs in US and Europe, as an Indian with IT background, you should score at least mid 700s to be a generally viable candidate. Almost all top programs would be a strong foundation for a consulting career, though some such as INSEAD, Kellogg, and Cornell/Johnson are known for this strength.

A second MBA can be a difficult case to make. Adcoms tend to be skeptical, but they usually will evaluate it on a case by case basis. Still, you should check with each school about its policy before applying. The policies vary.
