Congratulations! That indeed changes everything. Yes, you should apply to Columbia and NYU now -- they are reasonable reaches, as they are for any candidates no matter how qualified. Another program to consider, not too far from NYC, is Yale School of Management (about 1 hour by express train, 1.5 for non-express). And of course Wharton -- Philly is not far from NYC either; (the Amtrak train (if it runs on time) is ~ 2 hours. Wharton and Yale are also competitive -- i.e., reasonable reaches.
