Hi swarajmach,

Thanks for your message. I sincerely apologize that I did not see your GMAT score. While your GMAT score of 680 falls within the competitive range for these schools based on our experience last year, my concern is whether your GPA will/will not balance out your academic profile based on my quick analysis. It may not be a bad idea to retake the GMAT after giving it 4-6 solid months of preparation and take the time to completely perfect the other parts of your application. Always apply when your application is complete - even if it means waiting until next year to apply. In this case, you can take the prepare fully for the GMAT and work on your applications for these schools to the best of your ability.

The best thing you can do is take your "best foot forward" and leave the decision to the schools. Please do not "opt-out" of your dream schools because you think you may not stand a chance. Being fearless is one of the greatest qualities of global leaders throughout history :-D

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions or would like to have a free evaluation by one of our top-tier Admissions Consultants at any point.

Best wishes,
Sue and the MAC Team
