Hey there pal - so sorry for the delayed response. We were busy working with GMAT Club on a new initiative which kept us a bit busy (it'll come out in a couple of months - keep your eyes peeled)!
So you're definitely starting out on the right foot. 4.0 and a 760? Sheesh! That gives you the chips you need to play. Bulge + PE gives you a lot of chips too! But now you're looking for the edge - I get you and it's awesome you're asking this so early on.
Keep in mind, when I talk about involvement, I don't necessarily mean helping the homeless or working with underprivileged kids. That's great if that's your cup of tea, but it's not for everyone. So find what you can do outside of your daily job that adds value to your life. So for example, one of our clients loved mountain biking and raced competitively for years. He then started working with kids to lead bike excursions. But that was just for the last year before he applied. He'd been biking for yearrsssss without doing it for "someone else". He got into one of the schools you're talking about. So think about a) what makes you happy, b) what rounds you out, and c) how you can add value to yourself, the organization, or others. Grow into whatever it is you value!
I hope that helps - the big takeaway is don't do anything because you think it'll look good. Questions welcome!
