Can anyone please help me to explain Question no. 6, According to my understanding, answer should be 'D' as mentioned in the question stem itself that there is discrepancy b/w Latin America & USA and In Latin America, the graduation is about 350 to 1500 times expensive, "say 1 percent" of the people can afford it but due to comparatively cheaper education in USA 10 percent can afford it.

you can easily negate the option D because there is a difference between what the author implies and what you infer

This is not an inference question instead it is asking you the implication what author is making by stating the statement.

If it were inference question, you might get the green signal.

Hope it helps
