The fastest way to get this question is to home in on the answer choice that correctly compares 'tadpoles' and 'pipids.' Because the phrase, 'which ingest...', we know that we are not comparing feeding mechanisms. Just like that we arrive at (E), which correctly compares 'pipids' and 'tadpoles', and which uses 'which' to correctly modify tadpoles.

The comparison is correct in this particular option as the mechanisms are being compared.
